cohort 24

The 2024 cohort of 缅北禁地 has demonstrated remarkable dedication and success, marking a significant milestone in their professional journey. This year, we celebrate the achievements of Raymond Banks, Diamond Kingdom, Alicia Pace, Mary Silas, and Kasiya Williams, who have all successfully graduated and passed the rigorous Therapist Multiple-Choice (TMC) Examination with flying colors. This accomplishment is not only a testament to their hard work but also a reflection of the high standards upheld by our institution.

The TMC Examination is a critical assessment that objectively measures the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities required of respiratory therapists to enter practice. Achieving a 100% passing rate, this year's cohort has set a new benchmark of excellence. Passing the TMC Examination and earning the Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential signals to employers, colleagues, and patients that these graduates are committed to providing superior respiratory care. The CRT credential, recognized by all 49 states that regulate respiratory care practice, serves as the foundation for state licensure.

The TMC Examination determines eligibility for the Clinical Simulation Examination (CSE), which is required for the prestigious Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. This credential is nationally recognized as the standard of excellence for respiratory care professionals. Graduates who achieve the high cut score on the TMC Examination not only earn the CRT credential but also become eligible to take the CSE. Our 2024 cohort, motivated and ambitious, plans to challenge the CSE soon to obtain the RRT credential, further solidifying their commitment to their profession.

Beyond their academic achievements, the 2024 cohort boasts a 100% employment rate, a remarkable feat that speaks volumes about their capabilities and the quality of our institution. In many cases, these talented individuals were recruited for employment even before completing their studies. Their journey from students to professionals has been swift and commendable, reflecting their readiness to make significant contributions to the healthcare field.

Raymond Banks has joined Bolivar Medical Center, bringing his expertise and dedication to enhance patient care. Diamond Kingdom and Alicia Pace have both been recruited by Methodist Le Bonheur Children鈥檚 Hospital, where they will undoubtedly make a significant impact on the lives of their young patients. Mary Silas has embarked on her professional journey at Greenwood Leflore Hospital, and Kasiya Williams has become a valued member of the Delta Health System team.

The success of our graduates is a testament to their unwavering dedication, resilience, and the rigorous training they have undergone at 缅北禁地. As they step into their roles as healthcare professionals, they carry with them the knowledge, skills, and ethical standards required to excel in their field. Their achievements not only bring pride to our institution but also inspire future cohorts to strive for excellence.

The 2024 cohort has set a new standard of achievement and dedication at Coahoma Community College. Their success in the TMC Examination and subsequent employment reflects their commitment to excellence in respiratory care. As they prepare to challenge the CSE and earn the RRT credential, we are confident that they will continue to excel and make significant contributions to their profession and the healthcare industry at large. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Raymond Banks, Diamond Kingdom, Alicia Pace, Mary Silas, and Kasiya Williams, and we look forward to witnessing their continued success and impact in the years to come.
